French Virginia A. (Fox)
Rochester: - Following a brief illness, Virginia French, 83, entered the arms of her loving Savior on February 11, 2014. Virginia was born November 21, 1930 in Geneva, N.Y. She worked as a secretary at RIT and at Brighton/Browncroft Community Church. She loved and adored her husband Robert of 49 years. She was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ. Her countless hours in daily Bible study and daily prayer were evident through her character. She ministered to others through song, music, prayer groups, and her own personal ministries. She was widely known for her 50 years as pianist for various prayer groups to which people would often attend early to be ministered by Virginia's prelude music.
Predeceased by her parents Albert and Mildred Fox, sister Elise (Don) Beyer. Survived by her loving husband, Bob French, sister, Bev (Ron) Yeaple, daughter, Edie (Rich) Pastuch, grandchildren, David and Daniel Pastuch.
Friends and family may attend a memorial service SUNDAY June 22 at 3 pm at Fairport Community Baptist Church 20 East Church Street, Fairport, NY.
