Penn Yan, NY: Passed away April 13th, 2019. Thomas is predeceased by his father, Patrick J. Carroll and his wife, Patricia. He is survived by his mother, Mary Carroll; children, Christine (Peter) Coin, Patrick (Dennis), Brian (Alison), Linda (Aidan) Mulry; two grandsons, Senan and Emlyn Mulry; aunts, uncles, and cousins in Rochester, NY, Boston, MA, Ireland, and England; and dear friend, Wendy Olney. 

Friends may call Tuesday, April 16th, 4-7 PM at the funeral home (495 N. Winton Rd.). A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, 9:30 AM at Blessed Sacrament Church, 534 Oxford St, Rochester, NY. Interment at White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
