Susan Dykstra

The family and friends of Susan Dykstra grieve her passing.

Susan was a native of Rochester, NY. She is preceded in death by her brother, Bryan. Susan is survived by her parents, Tom and Lois Dykstra; her sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Peter Jonker of Grand Rapids, MI; and her nieces and nephew, Katherine Jonker, Abby Jonker and Patrick Jonker. She also leaves co-workers and her close friends, Michael, Chris and Jim, who were loyal and supportive throughout Susan's battle with cancer and beyond. 

Susan graduated from Rochester Christian School, Penfield High School (1979) and Calvin University (1983). She spent her career in the publishing world as editor, marketer and book distributor. 
 
Susan loved to read. She loved her family and friends. She loved her faithful Savior, Jesus Christ.  

A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, 10 AM, at Rochester Christian Reformed Church, 2750 Atlantic Ave., Penfield. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Rochester Christian School, 260 Embury Rd., Rochester 14625.
