Survived by her husband, Samuel Bellanca; daughters, Jennifer (Joe) Grillo, Jill (Dave Smith) Bellanca, grandchildren, Dustin (Jacquie) Metzger, Gregory (fiancée, Grace Concepcion) Grillo, Desiree (fiancé, Cody Dizmang) Metzger, Jeffrey Grillo, Torin Smith; sister, Beverly (Lee) Partlow; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Friends may call Monday, October 18, 4-7 PM, at the funeral home (495 N. Winton Rd.). A Service will be held Tuesday, October 19, 11 AM, at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Please meet at the cemetery's main gate (2461 Lake Ave.).
