Rochester: Died peacefully on January 1, 2019 after a brief illness. He is predeceased by his parents, George and Alma Tobin and 4 older siblings; Charles, Willard, Arlene, and Ray. He is survived by his daughter, Robin Tobin, of Binghamton, NY.
A private celebration of Bob’s life will occur on Memorial Day weekend.
