Randy was born in Rochester to Robert and Jane Howie and was a graduate of East High School, class of 1968. Randy was U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran and Purple Heart recipient. Predeceased by his parents; brother, Robert Howie; sister, Kathleen McCarthy. Survived by cousin & lifelong friend, Howard (Susan) Wilson; brother-in-law, Fred McCarthy; nieces, nephews & cousins.
