Predeceased by her husband, Harold H. Schroeder. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer LaBounty (Colon Tower); granddaughter, Monique (David) Piraino; grandson, Daniel (Dona) Culhane; great-grandchildren, Brooke (Chad) Harris, Vincenzo Piraino; Mika Culhane; several nieces and nephews.

Minnie attended Duke University to study nursing. She married Harold in 1946 and they moved to Rochester where she began a 35 year career as a Supervisor with Eastman Kodak. Harold and Minnie enjoyed yearly trips to Las Vegas and summers at their cottage in Brantingham, NY, Adirondacks. 

Minnie was proud to receive the Carnegie Medal of Life Saving at age 16.

A special thanks to the nurses and staff at Aaron Manor for Minnie's care over the last 10 years.

A Funeral Service will be held Friday, 2:30 PM at the All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Rd. Pittsford, with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the American Cancer Society,  1120 S. Goodman St., Rochester 14620 (www.cancer.org) or a charity of choice.
