Died peacefully on January 26, 2019. Born March 30, 1926. Predeceased by her husband, Edgar R. Anderson. Marion is survived by her sister, Ellen S. Edstrom of Chicago; children, Andrea (Claude) Adair, Mark (Carole) Anderson; grandchildren, Carl Adair, Ellie Rose Adair, Bailey (Anderson) Holland and Liam Anderson; one great-grandson, Frederick Adair Dixon; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Marion co-owned the Kopper Kettle Restaurant with her husband for 41 years. Marion was a graduate of North Park Junior College and Tufts University. She was a member of Emmanuel Covenant Church, Trinity Covenant Church and most recently, Asbury First United Methodist Church.
Friends may call Friday, Feb. 8th from 3-7 PM at Crawford Funeral Home, 495 N. Winton Rd., (between Browncrort and Humboldt). Marion's Memorial Service will be held Sat., Feb. 9th at 3 PM at Asbury First United Methodist Church, 1050 East Ave., with a reception to follow. Private interment at White Haven Memorial Park.
