Madeline B. (Hawkins) Adams

Born May 17, 1936 and died peacefully at Unity Hospital on March 1, 2024 at the age of 87.  Predeceased by her parents, Edward and Clara Hawkins; brothers, Edward Hawkins Jr., Thomas Hawkins; son-in-law, John Lankowsky.  She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Edward Adams, Jr.; daughters, Deborah Zielinski, Pam Lankowsky; grandchildren, Jennifer Lankowsky, Melanie (Tim) Groom, Melissa (Ben) Zielinski; great-granddaughter, Samantha Groom; several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff at Unity Hospital on units 4100 and 3300 for their loving care.

Friends may call Thursday, 4-7 PM at the funeral home (495 N. Winton Rd.). A funeral service will be held Friday, 10 AM at All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Rd. Pittsford, 14534. Interment at White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or to the Palliative Care Team at Unity Hospital.
