June 17, 2026. Luke enjoyed his 26 years in the U.S. Army, 3 years active and 23 years reserves, retiring as a Master Sergeant. He was awarded Army Commendation, Achievement and Meritorious Service awards. Luke was active in the Vietnam Veterans of America and the American Legion. During his working years, Luke held positions in management, accounting, sales and marketing.
Predeceased by his parents, Marie and Luke; sister, Susan. Survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Kathleen Gramlich Piccarreto; children, Laura, Amy and Jason.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 24th at 10 am at St. Pius the Tenth Church (3010 Chili Avenue). A reception will immediately follow. Burial at Oakwood Cemetery will take place at the convenience of family.
Special thanks to the staff of Edna Tina Nursing Home for their wonderful care. In lieu of flowers, masses may be offered or donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
