Predeceased by her parents, Irma and Eliseo Ferrarone; and her grandniece, Sara Ferrarone. She is survived by her brother, Henry Ferrarone; nephews, Thomas (Carol Acquilano), Robert (Margaret), David (Carol); niece, Nancy Ferrarone; in addition to many devoted grandnieces and grandnephews; cousins; and friends.
Lillian graduated from Mercy High School in 1947 and attended Rochester Business Institute. She worked her entire career for RT French in Accounts Payable and retired early after 40 years in 1988. She loved to travel and would visit family in Candelo, Italy. For many years she and friends would vacation at Villa Roma in the Catskills.
“Aunt Lill”, as she was known to all, was a hard-working woman who cared for and about her extended family and friends. She provided soup for the sick and mittens for the cold; she knitted many prayer shawls, lap blankets and scarves for the St. James Catholic Church outreach. She never went anywhere empty handed. She was well known in her neighborhood, living in her well-tended, well manicured home of 80 years.
