Kenneth Rhodes...
husband, dad, and grandpa, poppy, pop whatever anyone called you it was out of respect at all times my dear friend...so here is my tribute to you...do not interrupt me either.....I am almost at a loss for words on how to pay tribute to you...you were more than my best friends dad...the first time I met you you gave me a hug and to my astonishment a big kiss on the lips....now that was shocking but cute. I realized then what a flirt you were. You liked to tease and joke and it made everyone at home around you and everyone will have their favourite stories that they will keep in their heart forever more. You welcomed me in to the family which is a special one.!! You had such a full life serving in Royal Air Force in WWWII. Working at Kodak and using your spare time at the Fame Masonic Lodge and many other clubs to help others...You have bounced back from illness before but this was not to be this time. God had other plans for the rest of your journey. The family is going to have some tough days ahead but knowing you are watching over them and will be silently guiding them in each and every step they take and this will be comforting. Mom will have some hard times but everyone near and far will be available for her. You can argue with her when you think she is stumbling but better yet be there to catch her and set her up. Rest in peace Mr Kenneth Rhodes for this is your time to be honored and cherished and to just sit back and enjoy all that have come to say...not good bye but till we meet again "Dad"
