Survived by children, Barbara (William) Avery, David (Colette) Madison, Bonnie Madison, Charles (Alexandra) Madison, Dale (Patricia) Madison, Cheryl Pink; 14 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; sisters, Margaret Pender and Elizabeth Ceresani; many nieces and nephews; cousins, Mary and Jean Dibble.
