Rochester: June 29, 2018. Predeceased by his wife, Karen and his brother, James. He is survived by his daughters, Veronica (Bob), Laura (James), Jennifer (Robert); sons, Steven (Lisa) and Paul; sister, Mary Kay; 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; brothers in-law and sisters in-law; nieces and nephews.
John was a US Navy veteran and served as a Firefighter with the Rochester Fire Department for over 30 years. Following retirement he volunteered with the Rochester Protectives.
Friends may call Thursday, 4-8 pm at the funeral home (495 Winton Rd. N.). A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, 10 AM at Peace of Christ Parish, St. John the Evangelist Church, 553 Humbolt St. Interment will be private. Memorial donations may be directed to the American Heart Assoc.
