Rochester: January 13, 2014. 3-1-45 - 1- 13-14. Died suddenly. Survived by wife, Margaret D.; sons, John J. IV (Karen), Thomas D. & Mark D.; grandchildren, Kelley, Chelsea, John J. V (Quinn); sisters, Maureen (Emil) Brolick, Mary Ellen (Doug) Weins, & Sheila (Steven) Grace; brothers, Paul "Mic" (Jane), & Dan (Beth) Dever; 20 nieces & nephews, & many favorite cousins including, Darryl. Jack was a graduate of St. John Fisher College, a Kodak retiree, a lay member of the New York Board of Dentistry, and avid baseball fan.

Please join the family to share memories on FRIDAY from 4 - 7PM at Crawford Funeral Home (495 N. Winton Rd., between Browncroft & Humboldt). Please meet the family for Jack's Funeral Mass on SATURDAY 10 AM at Peace of Christ Parish at St. John The Evangelist Church (Humboldt St.). Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
