Passed away peacefully Friday, April 30, 2021 at age 86. John (Jack) was born on November 24, 1934 in Towanda, PA, the son of the late Grace (Benjamin) and L. Ivan Frawley. John worked for many years in the communication field, designing and building communication equipment for R.F. Communications (now L3 Harris). An engineer at heart, he designed and built many improvements on his home, continuing to tinker and making everyday objects more useful. His creations will be cherished by his family members for years to come. He was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling with his family. Jack was an active member of St. James Church for many years.
John is survived by two sisters: Katrina (Frawley) Schrieb of California, and Joan (Frawley) Connell of Texas; his children: daughters Cynthia (Steven) Duprey of Phelps, Laureen (Edward) Smith of Greece, and son Michael Frawley of Clifton Springs; grandchildren Katherine Duprey, Benjamin Duprey, and Piper Sanseri; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased in death by his wife Louisa (Schmitt), his parents, his brother Lawrence I. Frawley, and sister Jean (Frawley) Batley.
