Rochester: December 22, 2013. Predeceased by his mother, Jewell Frederick, Aunt & uncle, Ray & Pauline Cox. Survived by his wife, Caroline Bailey, cousins, Paula (Ed) Hudson of TX, Linda Asbill of TX; sister-in-law, Cecile Tarantino; also nieces & nephews.

Joe served in the US Army received his Doctorate from the Univ. of Texas at Austin, & was an Eastman Kodak Co. (MEC) retiree . A published author of a classic book ("Glass, Brass & Chrome") on 35mm photography, prolific writer of multiple books & articles; handyman extraordinaire, consummate collector, & fond of all things "Disney". Joe had a sign in his garage that read, "If we don't have it, you don't need it."

Please join the family to share memories on THURSDAY from 2 - 5 PM at Crawford Funeral Home (495 N. Winton Rd., between Browncroft & Humboldt). Funeral Mass FRIDAY at 10 AM at St. Thomas More Church. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
