She is predeceased by her husband, Jan B. Oukes, Sr.; son, Barrie Oukes; brother, Steven Summers. Survived by her companion, Gerald Honadle; children, Jenna (Dan) Phillips, Jan Oukes, Jr., Denise (Henry) Viola, Rick (Darla) Oukes, Andrea (Mike) Sullivan, Andrew (Mandie) Moore, Chuck (Kristen) Oukes, Julie Schmeer; 13 grandchildren, Drew, Matthew, Jonathan, Erin, Erika, Ashley, Connor, Jessica, Sarah, Michael, Alyssa, Tyler, Kaci; many great-grandchildren; nephews.
Friends may call Thursday, July 18, 4-7 PM at the funeral home (495 N. Winton Rd.). Services will be held privately.
