May 30, 2018. Predeceased by her husband, Leland L. Simons. She is survived by her daughters, Tina Fink and Carol (Jim) Perry; sons, William, David, Rick and Ronald Simons; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and loving family.

Friends may call Saturday, June 9th, 1-4 PM at the funeral home (495 N. Winton Rd.) where a Service immediately follows at 4 PM. Interment in Tioga, PA.
