Slaymaker, Jean Rissbergere

Rochester: Slaymaker, Jean Rissberger: 94 of Rochester, NY died peacefully in her sleep on April 23, 2014. Surviving are: son, Philip A. Slaymaker of Superior, CO; daughter, Nancy S. Cook of Akron, OH; son, Frank R. Slaymaker of San Diego, CA; son-in-law Doug Sievers (Elizabeth) of Gaithersburg, MD; grandchildren Carrie Cook, Mark Cook, & Kathleen Sievers; and many nieces & nephews including Sue S. Clark, Carol R. (Lee) Monpas, Robert E. (Cheryl) Rissberger, Arthur C. (Pat) Rissberger III, Gayle Cunningham, Frederick O. (Karen) Rissberger II & Edith R. Sleichter. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank H. Slaymaker; daughter, Elizabeth S. Sievers; and brothers, Arthur and Frederick Rissberger.

Jean was born and educated in Rochester, NY and spent early work years at the University of Rochester and the Rochester Memorial Art Gallery. She was devoted to her family and enjoyed many associations including the TWIGS of Rochester General Hospital.
