Jay S. Riggs

Survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Harriet; brother-in-law, Richard Perkins (June Johnson); niece, Cheryl Svendsen; and 5 great-nieces.

Jay was a member of ERAC Masonic Lodge #154 for 70 years.
