Survived by his daughter Cara Misetic (Tommy, children Gabe and Charlotte), brothers Ronald E (Lynne) Sanders of Lynchburg, VA, Robert W (Yvonne) Sanders, & William W (Joan) Sanders of Rochester.

George was a retired minister whose most recent churches have been in Illinois.
He studied and received degrees from King's College (Briarcliff Manor, NY), Denver Conservative Baptist Seminary, and the University of Chicago.
For the past 14 years George has been a resident of Monroe Community Hospital where he received skilled and compassionate care.
