Frederick W. Diehl, III

Frederick William Diehl III, 79, passed away suddenly on April 16. Though Fred faced unique challenges in life, he met them with an enthusiasm and joy.

Fred was known for meticulous care of his belongings and a no-nonsense approach to maintaining order and routine in his world. He could not see in life, but now he sees. He could not speak in life, but now he surely speaks.

Fred is survived by his devoted sister Nolee Feiock and brother Dennis Diehl; nieces and nephews Robyn Francis, Sarah White, Jennifer Feiock, Jeff and Chris Diehl, David and Eric Rosenthal.

Fred is predeceased by his parents Fred and Cora Diehl, sister and brother-in-law Diane and Jim Rosenthal, brother-in-law Ron Feiock and niece Aimee Lucas, who surely welcomed him to heaven with open arms.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Fred’s memory to Rochester Christian School, 260 Embury Rd. Penfield, NY 14625.
