Rochester: March 31, 2014. Predeceased by her husband, Harold J. Hersam, daughter, Susan Hersam, & sisters, Paulene Lenney & Margaret Pasnick. Survived by her daughters, Kathleen (Paul Sawicki) Hersam, & Nancy (Thomas) Trabold; grandchildren, Lily, William & Josef; also nieces & nephews.

Evelyn lived a long, healthy life. In her early years, she was an outdoor enthusiast and quite the multi-sport athlete. Her success in sports carried through to her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly and avidly followed through their high school sporting careers. She will be greatly missed and remembered for her love, kindness, generosity and quick wit.

Evelyn will be remembered during the 4:30 PM Mass on Saturday May 17th at The Church of the Transfiguration (50 W. Bloomfield Rd., Pittsford). Private Interment Calvary Cemetery, Massena, NY.
