December 12, 2017. Predeceased by his wife, Arlie W. Anderson and daughter, Barbara Blaine. He is survived by his son, Roger (Linda) Anderson; daughter, Beth Anderson; grandchildren, Christopher (Kaitlin Roney) Blaine and Jenny Blaine, Claire and Lee Anderson; great-granddaughters, Lucy and Naomi Blaine; brother, Richard (Caroline) Anderson; nieces and nephews.

Doug received his Bachelor's degree from Cornell University in 1950 and his MSIM from MIT in 1959.  He served in the Navy during WWII. Doug was a long time volunteer at Strong Memorial Hospital and Lollypop Farm. Doug worked at Stromberg Carlson, helping to design the first televisions and at Haloid Xerox working on the first Xerox copiers.

Friends may call Saturday, 1-2 PM at the funeral home (495 N. Winton Rd.) where a Funeral Service will be held immediately following at 2 PM. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Rd., Fairport, NY 14450.
