Daniel Miskell Obituary

Born June 27, 1962 in Buffalo, Dan passed away unexpectedly at Rochester General Hospital on August 14, 2020 at age 58.

Dan leaves behind the mother of his children and wife of many years, Jo Miskell of Conway SC; son, Nicholas Lawrence (Faye) of Las Vegas NV; daughter, Katie Geddings and grandchildren, Patrick, Austin, Heidi, and Jameson of Myrtle Beach SC; son, Kevin Lawrence (Becky) and granddaughter, Lacey of Buffalo. One of seven children, Dan also leaves behind many other loving family members in New York.

Dan had a believing heart and has entered into heaven by his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is reunited with his parents, Robert E. Miskell and Marlene Jean Miskell; brothers, Nicholas Miskell and Tommy Miskell; and his nephews, Christian Miskell and Nathan Miskell.

Dan did mission outreach work for the local Rochester Salvation Army homeless shelter. He had a heart for helping others and wanted to help others as he had been helped himself. He will truly be missed and be forever remembered by all of us who loved him.
