Rochester: December 15, 2013. Born January 17, 1923 in Detroit, MI. Predeceased in death by her infant son, Peter Raymond, her parents and six of her siblings. Survived by her beloved husband of nearly 68 years, Raymond, her sister Linda Hills, of Brownsville, TX. Her children Alice (James) Charpentier, of Chehalis, WA, Robert (Margaret) Leuwen of Sodus, NY and Barbara (John) Cook of Webster, NY. Also survived by 15 grandchildren , 30 great-grandchildren and 22 great-great-grandchildren.

Clara worked for 17 years at Pennwalt Pharmaceuticals. She was a member of the Rochester Christian Reformed Church and also worked as the church secretary for Pastor Paul Brink for five years. The family extends special thanks to Clara's caregivers for all of their tender loving care: Cheri Mungovan, Jackie Lynott and Jeanne Spaker, and Lifetime Care Hospice Aide, Jennifer Davis.

Please join the family to share memories on FRIDAY from 5 - 8 PM at Crawford Funeral Home (495 N. Winton Rd., between Browncroft & Humboldt). Memorial Service SATURDAY 11 AM at the Rochester Christian Reformed Church (2750 Atlantic Ave., Penfield 14526. Private interment White Haven Memorial Park.
