Escondido, CA: September 7, 2025 at the age of 45. Predeceased by his grandparents, Ann and Angelo Congilaro, Gretta Bennett and Albert Palmer. Survived by his father, Peter Congilaro; mother Bonnie (James) Millen; siblings, Skyler (Emily) Millen, Shelby (Michael) Nicosia; niece and nephew, Aubrey and Santino Nicosia; several loving aunts, uncles and cousins; and best canine friend, Desi.
Christopher will be remembered for his love of electronics, computers and driving his big truck. He treasured time spent with friends and family, but most especially time spent with his "Baby Girl", Desi. He will be dearly missed by his family and all who loved him.
Friends may call to the funeral home (495 N. Winton Rd.) on Friday, September 26th from 4-7 pm. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 27th at Living Waters Christian Fellowship, (1440 East Ridge Rd., Rochester) at 10 am. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Chris' name to the American Cancer Society or Veterans Outreach Center.
