Charles L. "Charlie" Truesdell

Rochester: Age 97, died November 19, 2013. Born in Charleston South Carolina, he spent the majority of his life in Charlotte, North Carolina. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Wharton School of Business and married Suzanne in 1949. He served as financial officer for several small companies in the Charlotte area. In 2005, he and Suzanne move to Rochester to be closer to their children.

Charlie served as a Captain in the Army Air Corp during World War II, serving as a navigator on B24's and B26's in the Pacific Arena.

He is survived by his children Susie Truesdell (Steve Gates) and Bill Truesdell (Mary Ann Rees), grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
