June 6, 2026 at the age of 64. Predeceased by his parents, Bruce and Mary Lou (Bovee) Hanson. Survived by his loving wife, Carole Hanson; devoted daughter, Clare (Jeremy) Hilton; grandson, Kyle Hilton; siblings, Paul Hanson (Susan), Christine (Andrew) Gager, Phillip (Shirley) Hanson; niece and nephews. 
Brian was an avid cyclist, and lover of good music and food. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, quiet fortitude, and steadfast love for family and friends.
