Passed away peacefully on December 12, 2019. Bill is predeceased by his Life Partner, Gerald M. Willink; parents, Anthony and Thelma; and sister, Marie Rice. He is survived by his Life Partner, Thomas M. O’Neill; brother, Dr. Allan O’Grady Cuseo; brother-in-law, Walter Rice; niece, Sheila Mumford (Michael); nephews, Brian Rice (Audrey) and Craig Rice (Hannah); several great-nieces and great-nephews; and his longtime special friend, Shirley King, her son Aubrey (Catherine) and their children.
Bill was a proud WW II veteran who was on an Army transport ship off the coast of Japan when the war was declared over. He completed his service in Okinawa. In his early 40s, Bill pursued his lifelong ambition by enrolling in Geneseo State University where he obtained his Masters in Library Science in three years. Bill was a highly respected librarian at the Rundel Memorial Library, retiring as the Division Head of Literature and Fiction.
Bill's family appreciates the loving and compassionate care he received from the entire staff of 6NE at the Jewish Home of Rochester.
Per Bill’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or services. Private burial at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
