Walter James Tapp, III Obituary

Rochester: May 19, 2018. Walter is predeceased by his daughter, Laura Clark and sister, Roberta Rebar. He is survived by his loving family, wife, Rebecca; daughters, Susan (Bob) Ritchie, Karen Markajani (Richard Zeh); grandchildren, Christopher Clark (Karen), Andrea McNeil (Tony), Matthew Ritchie (Stephanie Lawson), Lisa Ritchie, Adam Markajani, Rebecca Markajani; great-grandson, Benjamin, Ryan, Travis, Carson, Logan, Jordan, and Jamison; son-in-law, Keith Clark; brothers-in-law, Ralph Sawyer, Richard Sawyer (Jacqueline); nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. 

Walter was a proud Air Force veteran who served in the Korean War. He was a retired reading specialist from the Webster Central School District. 

Friends may call Friday, May 25th, 6-9 PM at the funeral home(495 N. Winton Rd.). A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, 11 AM at Covenant United Methodist Church, 1124 Culver Rd., Rochester, NY. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ronald McDonald House, 333 Westmoreland Dr., Rochester, NY 14620 or Pluta Cancer Center, 125 Red Creek Dr., Rochester, NY 14623.
