Marion has been an inspiration to our family over the many years we called her a friend. Whether it was her work for social justice or her support of music at St. Catherine's, she was and will always remain a beloved member of our faith community. God Bless Marion - we will miss you! Marion was like another mother to me. She spent years of volunteering at St. Martin's Kitchen with one of my Nazareth Hall Cadet School teachers, Sr. Clare.

I first met Marion and Bob Tucker when we moved into our new Clover Street home in Mendon during the mid seventies and I quickly recognized her as a unique loving caring person.

Marion will always be in my prayers and memories. Please give my love and condolences to all those she touched. She was a very dear friend. May she rest in peace, Marion will always find a place in my heart.

Marion was an amazing, wonderful woman. Her volunteer activities were inspiring. She and I shared a fondness for Father Stephen Mbugua Ngari. She was very good to him and his countrtymen when they visited. I admired her strength, wit, and warmth. I loved having lunch with her.I miss her.

We met Marion and Bob while serving on St. Catherine's Refugee Resettlement Committee. We soon found out that they were the most caring and generous couple as they led the committee in welcoming the Phouthavong family from Laos to the USA. Marion was an extremely dedicated volunteer at St. Martin's Soup Kitchen where she could be found early every Monday morning starting to prepare the day's meal. Her generosity will be remembered by many people for many years to come.

I came to know Marion as a parishioner at St. Catherine of Sienna in Mendon. What an amazingly generous person I knew her to be. She was always first class in every commitment that made. St. Martin's and her work at the Isaiah house have both flourished because of her. She was totally committed to taking care of them. She will be missed dearly by the many lives that she has touched. I know that I am a better person for having known her.
