February 19, 2019 after a long decline endured with dignity. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Ruth Hunter; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Stacey Gombetto; daughter, Kimberly-Jo and Mark Ocwieja; grandchildren, Michael and Dominic Gombetto, Tyler and Austin Ocwieja; former wife, Barbara Gombetto; cousins, extended family and friends.
Joe was a self employed CPA with practices in Rochester and Vero Beach, Florida. A graduate of East High School and St. John Fisher College, Joe was an avid bowler, pool player and gardener. His greatest passion was fishing and spending time boating with his family.

A Funeral Service will be held Sunday, Feb. 24, 1 PM at All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Rd., Pittsford. Reception to follow.
