November 8, 1956 ~ October 18, 2017 (age 60) 60 Years Old Age 60, October 18, 2017. Predeceased by her father, "Carl" Mattucci. Survived by her husband and soul mate of 39 years, Patrick Hurlburt; mother Barbara Mattucci; sisters Carol (Dave) Brock and Terry (Jim) Champion; aunt, Joan O'Rourke; brother-in-law Michael (Mary) Reed; nephews Matthew, Zachary, Nicholas, Exazvier, Justice and Noah; nieces Stephanie and Melina.

Gina waged a courageous multi-year battle with kidney disease. In lieu of flowers; donations can be made in Gina's honor to the Kidney Foundation. Gina received a life-saving kidney donation that lasted 17 years; please consider becoming an organ donor in her honor.
